Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jobs.branova.in, operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] ("Branova", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Branova Jobs is

Branova Jobs is a job board and applicant tracking system. We provide the platform. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any hiring decision or employment contract. We do not guarantee that a posting is genuine, that a candidate is as described, or that anyone will be hired.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials or impersonate anyone.
• Employer accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for that organisation.
• You are responsible for what your team members do in your workspace.

3. Rules for employers

• Post only real, current vacancies you are authorised to fill.
• Never charge a candidate a fee for applying, for an interview, for training, or as a deposit. Postings that do are removed and the account is suspended.
• Do not discriminate on caste, religion, sex, marital status, pregnancy, disability, or any other ground protected by Indian law, and do not state such a preference in a posting.
• Use applicant data only to assess that person for the role they applied to. Do not export it into an unrelated database, sell it, or send them marketing.
• Do not scrape the board, or use automated tools to harvest candidate profiles.

4. Rules for job seekers

• Describe your own experience truthfully; do not upload someone else's résumé as your own.
• Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to share.

5. Beware of job fraud

A legitimate employer will never ask you to pay to be hired. If a posting or a message asks for money, bank credentials, or one-time passwords, do not respond — report it to hello@branova.in. We remove such postings, but we cannot review every message in advance.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it for the purpose you uploaded it: showing a posting on the board, or delivering your application and résumé to the employer you applied to. Nothing more.

7. Fees

Employers may keep up to two live postings at no charge. Beyond that, each additional live posting is billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page, exclusive of GST. Only postings with the status Published are billable. Fees are charged in advance for the period and are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account or a posting that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a hire that did not work out or a job you did not get.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [[CITY OF JURISDICTION]] have exclusive jurisdiction.
