Am I charged per applicant?
No. Applicants are unlimited on every plan, including Free. The only thing that costs money is having more than two postings live at once.
What counts as a “live” posting?
A posting with the status Published — one a job seeker can see and apply to. Drafts, paused, closed and expired roles are free, so pausing or closing a role lowers your next bill.
Do I need a separate account for the rest of the Branova Suite?
No. One sign-in works across every Branova app. Plans are per app, though — paying for Jobs does not enrol you in CRM or HRMS, and vice versa.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Close your extra postings and you drop back to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. Your applicants, notes and pipeline history stay in your workspace.
Is GST included?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available under Billing in your workspace.
