For job seekers

Applying to a role

Open a posting and choose Apply now. If you do not have an account yet you can create one in the same step. You will need a résumé (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB) — after the first time it is saved, so later applications are one click plus any screening questions.

Tracking what happened

Everything you applied to is under My applications, with the stage the employer has moved you to: Applied, Screening, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Hired, or Rejected. We show you the real stage rather than hiding it.

Who can see my résumé?

Only you, and employers you actually applied to. It is not on the public internet and cannot be reached by guessing a link. Employers browsing the talent pool see your profile without your email or phone until you apply to one of their roles.

Hiding from the talent pool

Under Profile → Who can find you, choose Hide me. You will then appear to an employer only when you apply.

Job alerts

Create one under Job alerts. We email you only when new postings actually match — never an empty digest. Remove an alert to stop it.

For employers

Posting a role

Create a workspace at Post a job, then Post a job in your dashboard. Save it as a draft first if you want a colleague to read it — drafts are free and invisible to job seekers. Publishing puts it on the board immediately.

Moving candidates

Open Job postings → Pipeline and drag a card between columns, or open an application and use Move to stage. The candidate sees the new stage in their portal, so the pipeline doubles as their status page.

Notes and ratings

Notes and star ratings on an application are visible to your hiring team only. The candidate never sees them, including a rejection reason.

Team roles

• Owner / Admin — everything, including billing and team.
• Recruiter — post roles, move candidates, schedule, message.
• Hiring Manager — review and decide, but cannot publish a posting.
• Viewer — read only.

Billing

Two live postings are free; beyond that each additional live posting is billed monthly. Only Published postings count, so pausing or closing a role lowers your next bill. See pricing.

Branova Business Suite

One sign-in works across every Branova app — CRM, Invoice, Helpdesk, Inventory, Booking, HRMS, AMC, Streams and more. Use the grid icon in your workspace header to switch, or open the Suite hub. Plans are per app: paying for Jobs does not enrol you in the others.

Suspected job fraud, a posting asking candidates for money, or a security issue — email hello@branova.in. We act on fraud reports quickly.
